Sprint’s Q1-Q3 2009 Roadmap Revealed

Thanks to Boy Genius we now know what handsets Sprint plans to bring in the following 6 months.

The leaked Q1-Q3 roadmap looks very promising, especially since it includes such players like Palm Pre scheduled for Q2, the Blackberry Niagara releasing in Q3, as well as several new Samsung and HTC devices. Is it for real or the whole listing is fake? Only time will tell.

HTC TyTN II Comes to Japan

HTC TyTN IIHTC has introduced its best-selling smartphone to the Japanese market. The HTC TyTN II, named ‘S11HT (EMONSTER)’ by its Japanese wireless carrier EMOBILE will be the company’s first handset to support broadband voice services. The device is now available for purchase in Japan.

Verizon’s HTC Touch Spy Pic

We have a spy photo of the upcoming Verizon HTC Touch smartphone, also known as the Verizon XV6900. According to author, this handset is a little thinner than the Sprint’s version, which we doubt of course, but none the less hope this is true.

Here is another rumor concerning the Google phone

According to a UBS analyst HTC plans to release 50,000 handsets running on the Google’s upcoming mobile OS by the end of 2007.

Although most analysts believe that the search giant will release only the operating system, if the Google/HTC partnership really exists, we all can expect first Gphones to appear sometime in 2008.
